Our acquisition and diligence process includes:

 

Land Evaluation

  • Site Selection across Commercial and Industrial Portfolios. Zoning analysis, entitlement review, and environmental due diligence. Financial viability assessments in collaboration with engineering teams.

Pre-Development Leadership

  • Serve as Owner's Representative during early-stage activities. Oversee multiple development LLCs where layered governance applies. Plan and execute scalable expansion strategies.

Title & Rights Resolution

  • Execute curative title work for clear surface and mineral rights. Identify ROW or easement encumbrances early in the process. Coordinate with ROW teams to align access and acquisition timelines.

Contract & Risk Management

  • Negotiate high-value commercial agreements. Conduct legal compliance reviews (PCI, DSS, GDPR, PII). Guide RFP development and contractor bid evaluations.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Deliver pro forma models tied to return on investment (ROI) goals. Advise ownership using current and historical market intelligence
