Owner Representation:
Managed all agency permitting and notification requirements, including coordination with county and municipal authorities, utility providers, and the road department.
Ensured adherence to all environmental compliance requirements, collaborating with the EPA, USACE, and IDEQ, while also performing our own wetland mitigation.
Handled all building-related permits for speculative homes.
Successfully negotiated every subcontract and multiple complex development agreements.

Take Away
This project blended craftsmanship with regulatory finesse. By incorporating legacy structures under a federal leasehold, we proved that compliance doesn’t have to compromise character. The result: a lakeside retreat that honors its past and functions for the future.
