Environmental Protection:
The project location is on the lakefront, over a shallow aquifer with naturally occurring artisanal springs. Environmental assessments and impact mitigation were made and stayed at the forefront.
Legal Adherence:
Railroad easements and federal DOT expansion areas required strict attention to survey, and daily resets of benchmarks and boundary lines.

The industrial-commercial nature of the site, came with spider webs on top of spider webs for utilities - caution was the word of the day.
Prime Sub-Contractor Responsibilities:
Successfully managed all agency permitting and notification requirements by coordinating with county and municipal authorities, utility providers, and the road department for excavation, stormwater management, and utility installations at the site.
Supervised, under the guidance of the BNSF Road Master, the permitting process required by federal and state Department of Transportation for boring under the BNSF Railroad.
Ensured strict adherence to all environmental compliance requirements by collaborating with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (IDEQ), while also implementing our own wetland mitigation strategies.

As Prime Sub-Contractor, we led a highly coordinated permitting effort across municipal, county, state, and federal agencies. Our team navigated complex regulatory landscapes—including DOT approvals for railroad boring and multi-agency environmental compliance—with precision and foresight. By proactively engaging with the EPA, USACE, IDEQ, and local authorities, we ensured full adherence to permitting protocols and implemented our own wetland mitigation strategies, reinforcing our commitment to regulatory excellence and environmental stewardship.
